Q: How long will it take for my product to arrive?
Your order ships directly from my location and not from a drop-shipper or warehouse. Most orders will ship within 3 - 5 business days. Once shipped please allow 1-5 days for your order to arrive depending on location within the US. Some orders may be delayed due to a shortage of particular ingredients, but please rest assured I am working as hard as possible to get them made and out to you as fast as I possibly can. Love Yourself is not responsible for USPS, UPS, or FedEx shipping times.
Q: What carrier do you use for shipping?
My preferred carrier is USPS but I can also ship UPS or FedEx.

- Free with purchase of $75 or more
- Ground shipping - $11.92
- 3 Day Select - $19.23
- Priority 1- 2 Days - $24.13
- Next Day Air - $40.05
Q: What kind of shipping should I choose for my order?
This depends on where you are and how fast you want/need your products. Keep in mind that if you choose express shipping, these are business days and do not include weekends, holidays, and processing time.
Q: I placed an order over a week ago, but haven’t received it yet. Where is it?
First, please check your tracking number that was emailed to you upon shipping. When there are severe weather warnings shipping may be delayed. Remember this is also up to a 3 day processing time and this does not include weekends and holidays. Love Yourself is not responsible for USPS, UPS, or FedEx shipping times.
Q: Do you offer free shipping?
I offer free shipping for orders $75 and over within the United States
Q: Do you ship internationally?
Love Yourself products can be shipped anywhere, but please keep in mind that it is quite expensive to ship internationally. The recipient is responsible for paying all brokerage, duties, and taxes associated with international shipping. If you wish to have something shipped outside the United States, please contact me (email: or call/text at 508-499-8919) for the shipping charges.
Q: Do you offer refunds, returns, exchanges?
Love Yourself products are final sale and not returnable or exchangeable. That being said, if you don’t feel you can love yourself with the products received for whatever reason, please reach out and let me know. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Q: The product I want says “Out of Stock”. What does that mean and what can I do?
Every one of my products is hand-made. I keep a low stock due to there being limited preservatives in the products. If a product you order is “out of stock” it simply means I am in the process of making more. You can still order this product. Your credit card will be charged at the time the order is placed.
Q: I don’t want to order online. Can I call, text, or email to place the order?
Absolutely! Just contact me (email: loveyourself.ma@gmail.com or call/text at 508-499-8919) and I will take your order and send you an invoice for payment. Once the order has been paid it will ship.
Q: My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
If your products arrived damaged please contact me within 3 days of receiving your products to expedite the replacement process. Please include a picture of the damaged product and/or packaging.
